The disadvantage with Hepsia is the lack of root access to the dedicated web hosting server, but you will quickly fall for the beauty of Hepsia's point & click File Manager instead.

Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia Control Panel is a standard accessory only in combination with the Debian Linux OS and is provided as a gift. With Hepsia you can host unmetered Top Level Domains in one single web hosting user account. This is feasible owing to Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager interface. The other web hosting Control Panel platforms, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are attainable only in combination with CentOS. In contrast with Hepsia, with them you must have 2 autonomous user account logins. This is so, since cPanel and DirectAdmin do not offer any domain registration/transfer/management services. If you opt for Ubuntu as an OS for your dedicated web server, there will be no web hosting CP option.
Hosted Site Names 2 - unlimited domain names can be hosted with all available web hosting CP platforms, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/manage your site names under one single account. Regrettably, the cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting Control Panel tools do not supply such functionality at all - there is no Domain Manager tool and for that reason they need TWO different account logins: 1 domain management/billing/support account and 1 website management user account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin Control Panel).
OS (Operating System) 3 - you will observe that the Hepsia Control Panel is offered with Debian Linux only. It's free of cost to install it on your dedicated hosting web server. Hepsia is not available with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin hosting CP setups are available only with the CentOS Operating System. Neither of them is offered with Debian or Ubuntu.
Root Access Availability 4 - not available only with the Hepsia hosting CP and offered in all other circumstances.
